We are seeking a staff software engineer to join our dynamic team in building and maintaining our innovative platform. This role offers the opportunity to work full-stack across product and infrastructure on groundbreaking technologies while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. You will provide technical mentorship to junior team members while working cross-functionally to align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives. You will lead architectural reviews, drive technical decision-making processes, and spearhead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and evaluate emerging technologies. We're looking for someone who stays current with infrastructure trends, can evaluate new tools and services critically, and makes balanced recommendations that consider innovation, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
